- All wheel orders are shipped on pallets via freight through R&L Carriers, Old Dominion, FedEx Freight, or UPS Freight.
- We ensure the utmost care with our Quality Assurance Process, verifying wheel contents, all necessary accessories, then palletizing, band strapping, shrink-wrapping, and shipping.
- We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. However, someone over the age of 18 must be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.
2. Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to certain products or order totals, as indicated on our website.
4. Delivery Issues
- If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@rimsource.com.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours at sales@rimsource.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will work to resolve any issues promptly, including replacing or refunding damaged items.
