What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you're the front line. You’ll work directly with customers in-store, online, and over the phone to guide them through their wheel and tire purchase. Your goal? Match customers with the perfect fit and close the sale with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer inbound calls
• Understand fitment, inventory, and wheel brands (training provided)
• Build quotes and send invoices using our POS system
• Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat business
• Maintain a clean, professional sales floor
• Represent the Rim Source brand with professionalism and energy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Motivated, self-starter attitude
• Sales experience (automotive or retail preferred)
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Interest in wheels, cars, or the custom automotive industry is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
