Position Overview:

We’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle customer checkouts. You’ll be the first face customers see and the last person they talk to before they leave—so your attitude and attention to detail matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct them as needed
• Greet walk-in customers and check them in
• Handle cash, card, and finance transactions accurately
• Print and organize receipts and invoices
• Maintain a clean and professional front area
• Help with basic questions about products and services
• Support the team with light office tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with money
• Friendly, respectful, and reliable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
• Experience as a receptionist or cashier is helpful, but not required
